By accessing or using Armus.io and any of its products (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Armus Digital Private Limited ("Armus.io", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Armus.io provides business infrastructure tools including but not limited to helpdesk, billing, and smart link management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by Armus.io or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. A refund shall be initiated only if the service has not been delivered from our end, and only where the request is made in writing to hello@armus.io within 3 days of the payment date. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop billing for further months; the current month cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. Full details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armus.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
